Envision Energy is a leading wind turbine manufacturer based in China backed by an European investment firm. Envision's core business comprises research & development, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of advanced-technology wind turbine generators (WTG).

Envision's reliable & high-performing turbines are backed by a strong R&D team. Envision has ~100 in-house R&D employees, including senior technical experts from the wind industry. Envision fully owns the core technologies in load & control, FEA, system of pitch & converter, and has European expertise in blade, gearbox, generator and bearing.

Envision has Global Innovation Centre in Denmark and R&D Centre in China.

Envision's manufacturing base is located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China, which is located in the centre of global manufacturing hub and is about one and half hour driving distance from the largest city of China, Shanghai. Envision also has the first wind turbine moving assembly line in the world with 1.8 GW annual capacity by end of 2009.

Envision has strong track record in China. Envision has a strategic partnership with Longyuan - #1 wind farm developer in China and #5 in the world. Envision has been working with Longyuan on many projects in Jiangsu, Gansu, Fujian, Hainan and Hebei. Meanwhile, Envision has become one of the very few suppliers to undertake NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission)'s "Off-shore Three Gorges" wind farm project in Jiangsu Province.

Envision has been building a highly professional management team from the very beginning. Envision's core management team consists of senior managers from McKinsey, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, GE, GM and ITT.
